Monday to Friday 0845 - 1645

Rate Of Pay:

£12.21 Per Hour

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions in a timely manner.
• Use of Outlook.
• Use of Live Chat / Messaging services.
• Utilise CRM database to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communications.
• Analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Provide information about products and services, assisting customers with their financial needs.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while handling challenging situations or complaints.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements within the financial services industry.

Requirements/ Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
• Ability to work on Live Chat
