About The Role

It’s not about what you know. It’s who you are. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be doing one of the most important jobs in our business—looking after our customers. This involves building relationships, understanding their needs, and helping them do it better.
In this role, you’ll deliver a best-in-class service, using your product knowledge to maximize upselling opportunities. Your days will include communicating via phone, email, and website requests. You’ll manage orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback, owning the customer journey and building relationships with regular customers. You’ll need to think on your feet and use your initiative to ensure we provide the best experience and continuously improve our service.
