They are seeking a full-time Customer Services Advisor to join their team. They are seeking someone who is a great team player, has excellent communication skills, can demonstrate phone-confidence, and is able to work independently. They are passionate about delivering the best service, and the right candidate for this role will share that passion. This new opportunity to join their team will include dealing with daily inbound & outbound calls, as well as emails, ensuring that amazing service is provided in every form of communication in line with their primary focus will be for ‘first call resolution’ and ‘going the extra mile’ which will provide the best service.
