Responsibilities include handling customer enquiries, managing appointments, and supporting the Customer Experience Team. This role is within our demand management and network infrastructure team, providing advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will ensure all customers are dealt with effectively, accurately, and promptly. You will support the Customer Experience Team with daily operations, handle inbound and outbound calls, and manage customer enquiries and appointments, accurately capturing data for reporting.
You will work with the Customer Experience Manager and Team Leaders to promote MGroup Services, escalate service failures or priority issues, maintain ownership of customer issues until resolution, and strive to outperform targets and service level agreements.
We will provide the necessary equipment; you will need a good Wi-Fi connection and a quiet workspace at home.
Applicants should be based near areas like Langley, Hayes, West Drayton, Slough, Maidenhead, Reading, Southall, or West Ealing.

Interviews are scheduled for the week of August 25, 2025, with assessment days on August 26 and 27, and a start date of September 15, 2025. Location: Holiday Inn Express London, Heathrow Terminal 5, London Road, Slough.
