Customer Services Advisor
Location: East Sussex- office based
Salary: Up to GBP27,000 DOE + Discretionary Bonus and Excellent Benefits
Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 4:30pm or 9am - 5pm

Pearson Whiffin Recruitment are proud to be supporting an established organisation based in East Sussex, in their search for a Customer Service Advisor to join them, working full time.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer care to join a company that truly values its people.

Key duties include:

  • Providing first-class service and support to B2B customers via telephone and email
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal colleagues
  • Co-ordinating delivery schedules and ensuring timely fulfilment of orders
  • Accurately inputting and processing customer orders
  • Maintaining up-to-date customer records
  • Any other duties as required

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role within a commercial environment
  • The ability to keep calm under pressure
  • Resilience and a good sense of humour!
  • A meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work quickly under pressure
  • Confident with, using a range of IT systems including Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Problem solving skills
  • A collaborative approach
