Contexte et environnement

Source London, part of TotalEnergies, continues to promote electric vehicle adoption by enhancing citywide infrastructure with diverse technologies that encourage EV ownership, improve customer experience, and support London's goal to be a leading zero-emission city.

Activités

  • Issuing and sending new membership cards to customers
  • Following up on outstanding invoices; ensuring correct payment details are reflected in the system
  • Processing manual application of vouchers on customer accounts
  • Dealing with customer claims and technical issues post-migration onto TotalEnergies systems
  • Handling tickets created by the Customer Relation Centre (including Level 1 tickets rating)
  • Preparing credit notes for approval and calling customers to finalize subscriptions or address queries
  • Assisting the Customer Service Team with increased workload after system migration (testing new features)
  • Developing documented procedures for continual improvement
  • Reporting and analytics for management meetings
  • Training new staff
  • Raising Quotes, POs, and Receipts in MBC
  • Representing Source London in customer-facing activities
  • Understanding Source London objectives to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction
  • Reporting critical issues to relevant teams

In relation to Health, Safety, and Environment, you are responsible for taking reasonable care of yourself and others affected by your acts or omissions at work, following company rules, training, and instructions, actively participating in HSE goals, and reporting unsafe acts or hazards.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and sales roles
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting at all levels
