In this role, you'll deliver a best-in-class service, using your product knowledge to maximize upselling opportunities. Your days will involve communicating with customers via phone, email, and website requests, managing orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback, and taking ownership of the customer journey. You'll need to think quickly and use your initiative to ensure we provide the best experience and continuously improve our service.
