About the Role
As a key member of our front-of-house team in Tamworth, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You’ll manage the customer journey from initial enquiry to vehicle handover, ensuring every individual feels informed, supported, and confident throughout their repair experience.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently book vehicles in and arrange collections and returns
Handle inbound and outbound calls and email enquiries with professionalism
Manage customer concerns and resolve issues quickly and effectively
Keep internal systems and insurer portals accurately updated
Build rapport with customers while maintaining precise administrative records
Work to performance targets, including customer satisfaction and service KPIs
Assist with vehicle movement onsite when required
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a customer service role (automotive industry preferred)
Excellent communication skills—face-to-face, phone, and email
Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Local knowledge of the Tamworth area is a plus (for vehicle logistics)
A full UK driving licence is essential
