This role will be within our Demand management and network infrastructure - We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What will you be doing?
We're looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors based remotely.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be ensuring that all customers are dealt with in an effective, accurate and timely manner. You'll provide support to the Customer Experience Team in the daily functions of the department. Ensuring that all operations are completed, handling inbound and outbound calls.
We'll need you to handle inbound and outbound calls, managing customer enquiries and booking appointments whilst accurately capturing data from calls to assist the management team in the production of reports.
You'll be working with the Customer Experience Manager and Team Leader to promote the profile of MGroup Water Services. Ensure any service failures or priority issues are escalated to the Customer Service Manager for action. Maintain ownership of any customer issue through to resolution. Strive to outperform personal targets, team targets and Yorkshire Water Service Level Agreements.
This is a remote, working from home role. We'll provide you with the equipment required and you'll need to have a good Wi-Fi connection and a desk with a quiet working space at home.
All interviews will be taking place during the week commencing the 18th August 2025.
