I am recruiting for an automotive dealership in the Slough area who are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their hugely successful dealership.

The successful candidate ideally will have previous experience as a Service Advisor and proven customer service skills.

Service Advisor job duties include:

  1. Manage all service telephone and walk-in enquiries
  2. Meet and greet customers, qualify and identify customer needs for vehicle drop-off
  3. Progress and update the customer throughout the day
  4. Discuss and up-sell additional work to the customer
  5. Advise and forward diarised unsold work
  6. Carry out inspections where necessary prior to handover to the customer
