This role is with one of Daisy Communications' brands - XLN for Small Business

Salary: £23,809.50 per annum plus uncapped commission
Location: Sheffield
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (37.5 hours/week)

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Upselling and promoting products through outstanding service
  • Handling queries promptly and professionally
  • Accurately capturing data
  • Taking ownership of enquiries and resolving issues effectively

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Experience in lead generation is desirable but not essential
  • Confident communicator with great conversational skills
  • Willingness to take ownership of calls
  • Team player with a passion for service delivery
