Salary: £ per annum with uncapped commission
Location: Sheffield
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, between 8:30 – 17:30

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivering world-class service.
  • Upselling and promoting products to customers through excellent service.
  • Ensuring all queries are dealt with promptly and professionally.
  • Ensuring data is always captured accurately.
  • Taking ownership & responsibility for enquiries and resolving any issues.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience is required.
  • Previous experience in a lead-generation environment is desirable, but not essential.
  • A confident communicator – we want people who can have great conversations with our customers.
  • Passionate individuals with the willingness to take ownership of the call.
  • A team player who works well with others and has a love for delivering service.
