Job Description

Salary: £23,809.50 per annum with uncapped commission

Location: Sheffield

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, between 8:30 and 17:30 (37.5 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Delivering world-class service.
  2. Upselling and promoting products to customers through excellent service.
  3. Ensuring all queries are dealt with promptly and professionally.
  4. Ensuring data is always captured accurately.
  5. Taking ownership & responsibility for enquiries and resolving any issues.

Qualifications

  1. Previous customer service experience is required.
  2. Previous experience in a lead-generation environment is desirable but not essential.
  3. A confident communicator who can have great conversations with customers.
  4. Passionate individuals with the willingness to take ownership of calls.
  5. A team player who works well with others and loves delivering service.
