A leading UK opticians brand in Ruddington is seeking an IT Helpdesk / Customer Service Advisor. The role involves assisting with IT queries, logging tickets, and providing excellent service. IT Helpdesk / Customer Service Advisor
Ruddington (easily accessible from Nottingham – direct bus route)
£12.21 per hour
Temporary (3–6 months, with potential to extend or go permanent)
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8–4 or 9–5.
Hybrid working: Initially office-based, with the option of 1 day per week from home after training.
Saturdays: 2 per month (working from home, 8:30–4:30). A weekday off is given in lieu.
