Job description

Customer Service Advisor

£12.81 Per Hour - weekly pay

Days Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Immediate start - Ongoing work

Candidates are to have previous customer service experience, be willing and able to learn the inhouse computer systems / processes and company products through on the job training. We are looking for confident, enthusiastic individuals to join the bubbly / friendly team.

Based in Leamington Spa

Role purpose of a Customer Service Advisor

To be the customer's first point of contact, working with internal departments and suppliers to provide knowledgeable support and fast, in full resolutions to ensure the best experience for the customer possible and helping to ensure commercial success. Previous experience of working in a call centre and customer service role an advantage

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor

  • To ensure all customer enquiries via any method, are answered in full within a KPI timeframe, with the aim of first contact resolution.
  • To process orders onto our system and send order confirmations within KPI timeframe with a right first time approach
  • Record, update and resolve customer complaints with KPI timeframes ensuring effective management of customer's expectations throughout the process (including managing claims and credits and working with internal and external stakeholders)
  • Build and maintain customer relationships in a professional and courteous manner.
  • To identify and participate in continuous improvement projects, leading to greater efficiency and a better customer experience.
  • To ensure complete data protection compliance
  • To act as a role model for their company putting customer first principles and behaviours
