Customer Service Call Takers Potters Bar

R9 Recruiting is acting on behalf of a reputable property maintenance client to appoint dedicated Call Takers for immediate opportunities in Potters Bar.

Position: Call Taker / Customer Service Agent

Location: Potters Bar (EN6)

Remuneration: £16.27 per hour

Engagement Type: Temporary assignment with the potentialto possibly become permanent after 12 weeks

Start Date: ASAP

Two Shift Patterns Available

• Full-Time Call Taker
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 1-hour lunch break
• Part-Time Call Taker
• 3 full weekdays per week
• 30-minute lunch break
  

These Call Taker roles are ideal for individuals seeking career development and team support in a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls
• Accurately log messages and support Job Planners
• Assist with property repair inquiries (e.g. fencing, roofing, plumbing)
• Opportunity for progression into Admin roles
• With time, may transition into planning or full-time Admin positions
• Strong potential to grow into supervisory or advanced Admin functions
  
  

Candidate Profile

• Basic customer service experience
• Clear communication and phone etiquette
• Computer literate (email, typing, copy/paste)
• Logical, proactive, and adaptable
• Able to commute reliably (driving preferred)
  
  

Parking is available at the office.
