Job summary

Halfords, the UK's leading motoring and cycling retailer, is hiring a Customer Service Advisor. You will be the welcoming face for our customers, handling job bookings in our in-house system and discussing any technical concerns they may have.

The role requires a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, IT literacy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while working toward targets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• IT literate and proficient with computer systems.
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly.
• Experience working towards and achieving targets.
• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment.
• Full driving licence with less than 9 points, as role includes vehicle collection and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Handle job bookings in our in-house system.
• Discuss technical concerns with customers.
• Be the welcoming face for customers and assist with bookings and vehicle queries.

Job description

• On-target earnings up to £31,100.
• Comprising a base salary of £29,100.
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £2,000 per year.
