We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy team in Colwick, Nottingham. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries over the phone and by email, resolving issues, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience with Enva. This role is varied – you’ll liaise with suppliers and our transport teams, support customers using our online portal MyEnva, and take ownership of queries from start to finish. It’s a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.
