Customer Journey Specialist

Salary: £30,000 per annum with an increase upon successful completion of a 6-month probation.

Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, with 1 in 2 Saturdays depending on business needs.

Location: Halo ARC Norwich

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Accident Repair Centre in Norwich. This is a high-profile position within the business. Your main responsibilities include managing all elements of the site’s administration, ensuring customer vehicles are collected and delivered efficiently and professionally, and providing exceptional customer service at all times.

The role will include, but is not limited to:

  1. Inspecting vehicles and assessing damage, taking clear photos throughout.
  2. Performing administration duties, including liaising with customers.
  3. Logistical and transport planning.
  4. Maintaining a clear, methodical, and clean working area.
  5. Adhering to all Health and Safety regulations and reporting issues promptly.
  6. Liaising with workshop staff to ensure efficient vehicle processing.
  7. Performing ad hoc administrative duties as assigned by the Bodyshop Manager.
  8. Providing a positive and enthusiastic attitude at all times.
  9. Collecting and delivering vehicles, observing all highway laws including speed restrictions when necessary.

  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Supportive team player with a cooperative attitude.
  • Ability to complete tasks from start to finish within given timeframes to a high standard.
