Were hiring! An established and growing company in the security sector is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Agents to join their Newcastle-based team. We're looking for Customer Service Agents who are passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional service every single day. Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and chats from existing customers
  • Resolving queries and providing product and service support
  • Managing customer accounts and updating records accurately
  • Ensuring each interaction is a positive one that reflects our brand
  • Working closely with internal teams to resolve technical or service issues
