A recruitment agency is looking for an entry-level customer service advisor to join a technical support team in Newbury. No prior office experience is necessary, but strong communication skills and customer-facing experience are desirable. Full training will be provided. The role includes answering calls, solving technical issues, and logging faults. Benefits include hybrid working after probation, pay reviews twice a year, and a company bonus.
