Role Overview

Join our Mobile Technical Team in Merthyr Tydfil, where you'll assist customers with various mobile tech-related queries. Whether helping with simple device issues or more complex problems, you’ll make a difference by keeping people connected with their loved ones.

No specific experience is required. If you are naturally helpful, calm, and good at building relationships, we can train you on the rest.
