About the Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—providing information, resolving queries, and delivering outstanding service with every interaction. Whether it's over the phone, via email, or through live chat, you’ll ensure customers feel supported and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
  • Accurately record interactions and follow up where necessary
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex queries
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
