Customer Service Advisor

MK43 0YL, £13.00 per hour, Temp - Perm

Pin Point Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a growing and dynamic customer service team. This is an exciting 12-week temp-to-perm opportunity, offering excellent progression, a supportive working environment, and long-term career prospects.

The Role:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent service to customers across multiple channels including phone, email, live chat, and social media. This is a target-driven position where you will combine your personality and communication skills with the tools and training provided to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver first-class service and support to customers, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and effectively.
  • Manage inbound calls, emails, live chats, and social media queries.
  • Handle up to 50 customer calls per day / 250 per week while maintaining high standards.
  • Achieve set performance targets, including:
    • 5 price reductions per week
    • 2 TrustPilot reviews per week
    • Average call time of 5-6 minutes
    • Customer wait time under 1 minute
  • Provide accurate information and solutions, reassuring customers and resolving issues quickly.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain excellent service standards.
What We're Looking For:
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and customer-first attitude, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Previous customer service experience (not essential, but desirable).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to customer needs.
Hours of Work:
  • Monday to Friday: 9am - 8pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: 9am - 6pm
  • Rotational shifts including some late shifts: 11am - 8pm
