Customer Service Advisor

Maldon | £26,000 | Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5pm

The Role

One to One Personnel are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor for our growing client based in Maldon. Help process Customer Orders for domestic and international Customers. Build strong relationships with the Business Development Team and key points of contact. All activities are to be conducted in line with company quality management systems and corporate strategy.

Key Tasks

To ensure sales orders from customers and distributors are handled promptly and entered onto the Company’s ERP system for prompt picking and dispatch purposes. Ensure customers are informed of any sales order discrepancies and delays in dispatching goods.

Main Responsibilities

  • Process customer and distributor sales orders promptly in the ERP system for timely dispatch.
  • Communicate order discrepancies or delays to customers.
  • Liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve queries on orders, pricing, stock, delivery, and samples.
  • Gather and act on customer feedback to improve service and maintain processes.
  • Set up new contracts and pricing efficiently, track and document contract end dates for timely updates.
  • Manage the Loan Kit Service, ensuring availability, accurate bookings, and proper documentation.
  • Register and coordinate consignment requests with the Loan Kit Team.
  • Troubleshoot unusual or technical issues as they arise.
  • Continuously develop knowledge and skills to support team goals.
