We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy, friendly team based in Loughborough.

What you'll be doing:
  • Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and online systems
  • Helping customers with orders, deliveries, returns, and general enquiries
  • Investigating and resolving issues quickly and professionally
  • Logging all communication accurately and following up where needed
  • Working with other departments to make sure customer needs are met
  • Keeping product and service information up to date
