A customer service recruitment firm in London is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to provide exceptional support to clients' customers. This full-time role requires a minimum of five years in customer service management and effective communication skills. With a competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £36,000 after probation, you will handle customer queries over the phone, ensuring professional and friendly service. The position is fully onsite in Tottenham.
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients' customers, ensuring every interaction is professional, friendly and helpful. This role is vital in solving customer issues quickly and effectively, while also supporting and guiding other team members.
This role is a Full Time, Permanent opportunity based in Tottenham. This will be fully onsite with free parking provided and a competitive salary of £30,000 rising to £36,000 after successful a 6 month probation period.
09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays from 07:30 to 12:00 (as per rota)
07:00 – 15:00, Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays from 07:30 to 12:00 (as per rota)
07:30 – 16:30, Monday to Friday, no Saturday work
