Job description

We specialize in the recruitment of high-quality candidates in the Customer Services sector. We have an excellent opportunity for five Customer Service Advisors to work for a leading luxury brand. The role holders will provide world-class customer service to prospective customers.

The role will involve working 5 days per week covering Monday to Sunday on a rotation basis, with two shifts: 9:30am – 6:30pm and 12:00pm – 9:00pm.

Customer Service Advisor’s Core Duties
  1. Manage and screen incoming calls, and forward them on appropriately.
  2. Present the products to potential customers.
  3. Support in the organization of customer events and launches.
  4. Provide logistical and administrative support.
  5. Be professional and courteous at all times.
  6. Oversee the tidiness and cleanliness of the studio.
Customer Service Advisor’s Skills Required
  1. Educated to A-level standard (preferable).
  2. Experience working with premium brands; luxury retail, high-end catering, or hotels.
  3. Experience in face-to-face customer care and premium hospitality.
  4. Good team working experience.
  5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Confident and polished speaker.
  7. Ability to multi-task.
  8. Driving license.
  9. Ability to work 5 days per week covering Monday to Sunday on a rotation basis.
