Venatu Automotive are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for our client based in Liverpool

This role is full time permanent working Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.

You will be responsible for dealing with customers, problem solving, taking details of bookings, updating customers on the stages of their case, arranging collections and deliveries.

Applicants must have considerable experience of working within a customer service role, dealing with complaints, and working within a busy environment.

You will be working as part of a team, responding to enquiries over the telephone, in person and via email.
