About the role: Our Customer Service Advisors ensure that students staying with us always feel at home. This role involves showing prospective students and their families around the site, managing parcels and post, logging maintenance requests, and ensuring our sites are fully health and safety compliant. You will organize social events and handle customer complaints sensitively, as well as manage rent arrears proactively. You'll be part of an iQ family that supports you!
