Responsibilities include assisting students with the check-in process, answering queries, managing key handovers, and ensuring a smooth move-in experience. Customer Service Advisor Student Accommodation (Temporary Role)
Location: Leicester
Dates: 1st September 9th September (9 days)
Hours: 9:00am 6:00pm (8 hours/day)
Pay Rate: GBP12.30 per hour
We are looking for friendly and proactive Customer Service Advisors to support a busy student accommodation site during the September check-in period.
Key responsibilities include:
Welcoming students and assisting with the check-in process
Answering queries and providing information about the site and local area
Managing key handovers and logging any maintenance issues
Ensuring a smooth, positive move-in experience for all residents
What we're looking for:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A calm, helpful attitude in a fast-paced environment
Previous customer service experience is preferred
Must be available for all 7 days of the assignment
