As a Customer Service Advisor, you will support clients going through the remortgage process, assisting with caseloads to ensure timely completion and high service levels. You will handle a high volume of calls, addressing various queries, providing support and guidance, and chasing required documentation. The role involves working closely with team members and liaising with banks and other parties to meet service level agreements. Previous customer service experience from backgrounds such as retail or hospitality is desirable. Confident communicator over the phone and in person. Able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Good attention to detail and organizational skills. A strong team player.
