Customer Service Advisor
Location: Hull
Salary: £29,432.00 per Annum plus overtime
Shifts: Various Shifts plus 1 in 4 Saturdays
Our Client, a well-established business in Hull, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their busy Depot. You will provide a courteous and efficient reception service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times. You will be responsible for R2C, truck service scheduling, and MOT bookings in line with manufacturer's guidelines and recommendations.
You will work closely with the workshop, parts, and sales teams.

Salary: £29,432 Basic with OT to be paid for one in four Saturdays.
Hours of Work:
You will also be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota basis: 06:30 - 15:00.
