We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our clients team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and possess excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Duties:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services
  • Assist customers with processing payments, and resolving billing issues
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
  • Maintain customer records and update information as necessary
  • Reviewing and processing requests on behalf of the client.
  • Working to service level agreements and process information accurately.
  • Receive and resolve enquiries from customers and their advisors.
  • Ensure information on CRM systems are current and accurate.
  • Process any amendments to customer's accounts accurately
  • Ensure new customer information is onboarded accurately
  • Overseeing client accounts and ensure appropriate follow up
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Utilize CRM system to manage customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is essential
  • Knowledge of financial services is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Proficient in using computer systems and navigating various software applications
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
