We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Cambridge CC Contract Administration team based in Cambridge.

Location: Cambridge

Hours: 40 hours per week

What will you be responsible for?

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be working within the Cambridge CC Contract Administration team, supporting them in delivering efficient and effective service coordination and administrative support.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Communicating with internal and external customers to manage service calls and work orders
  • Scheduling and allocating work to engineers and subcontractors, and monitoring progress
  • Managing inboxes, phone cover, and ensuring accurate data entry and documentation
  • Supporting Contract Managers and liaising with engineers to ensure timely job completion
  • Reviewing performance reports and contributing to service improvements
