Working as part of a busy customer service team, you’ll be provided with all the training you need to handle calls and assist house owners, tenants, commercial landlords, and industrial property owners and developers with queries and updates on repairs being carried out or needed on their properties.
You’ll need to be a confident communicator, keen to help resolve problems through positive customer service, and able to multi-task, especially during busy periods.
