Overview

P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their team based in Great Yarmouth on a full time, permanent basis.

Role Summary: The ideal fit for this role will have a background in customer services and/or sales and be confident speaking with and supporting customers. More importantly, the role seeks someone passionate about delivering a positive customer experience that exceeds expectations. You will receive ongoing training and support from day 1 to help you understand the business and to support your professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and requests via email, phone and online chat.
  • Supporting the Sales team by processing orders and providing quotes for customers.
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Person Specification
  • Have an excellent work ethic.
  • Be polite, honest and personable.
  • Have fluent, confident and upbeat phone etiquette.
  • Be familiar with using a PC and have great written English.
  • Ideally have previous experience in Customer Service and/or Sales roles.
Working Hours and Benefits
  • Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 17:30 and Friday 8:30 - 16:30
  • The role has a competitive starting package and clear opportunity to progress.
