Our Site Manager is looking to recruit an experienced and reliable Customer Services Advisor to strengthen our dedicated and friendly customer services team who put our customers at the heart of everything they do.

In this role, you will help both internal and external customers with the collection or delivery of their parcels.

You will work closely with our Drivers, Shift Managers, and Operations Managers to identify issues, proactively solve problems, and take accountability for resolving these issues.

You’ll also be focused on:

  • Answering queries related to delivery status and providing Proof of Delivery (POD)
  • Conducting thorough investigations for missing parcels and resolving delivery disputes
  • Promoting company products and services to new and existing customers

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Polite and professional attitude, with a willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations
  • Excellent administrative skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • High levels of self-motivation and initiative, with effective problem-solving abilities
