Customer Service Advisor - Full Time
Salary: £25,396.80 per annum
Location: The Oil Depot, Spinnaker Road, Hempsted, Gloucester, GL2 5FD

The Role

40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, with 1 hour unpaid lunch)

Fully office-based

Saturday mornings required on a rota basis (3 hours, paid at overtime rate)

Key responsibilities include:

  • First-line telephone response to customer calls
  • Take and process fuel orders for delivery
  • Raise and transfer tickets to relevant depots
  • Take payments over the phone
  • Direct calls to the appropriate departments
  • Support with repeat and group orders
  • Provide cover and assist with other duties as required
  • Regular communication with internal teams
About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have previous customer service experience (essential)
  • Have inbound telephone experience (desirable)
  • Possess strong administrative and IT skills
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Be aware of data protection principles
  • Be able to work under pressure and manage own workload
  • Be keen to learn and progress within the role
