Job description

Zest4Talent are delighted to be recruiting for a growing company in the construction services industry. Due to ongoing expansion, they are looking to recruit an additional Customer Service Administrator. A competitive starting salary of £27k is on offer with room to progress within the company if desired.

Due to the nature of the industry an early start is required and you will be required to work from 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm or a mixture of the both shifts if preferred. An additional Saturday morning shift from 7.30am to 1pm is required every 4 Saturdays - you will be paid additional pay for Saturday mornings.

The successful candidate will have a confident disposition with the ability to liaise with both business and consumers. Offering excellent customer service will come natural to you as well as the ability to build a rapport with regular customers. To fit in with the existing team you will have a positive attitude and be a team player. Strong administration, IT Literacy and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering telephone enquiries and offering excellent customer service
  • Taking and processing orders
  • Processing payments for goods and services both electronically and in cash where required
  • Building ongoing relationships to ensure repeat business and to maximise customer spend
  • Ensuring we are being charged the correct amount from the supplier

Full training on products and systems will be provided. Ongoing career development and personal development is encouraged and supported.
