We’re passionate about delivering an exciting, welcoming, and memorable experience for racing enthusiasts and casual visitors alike.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and professional Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll play a key role in creating a friendly, energetic atmosphere, ensuring smooth customer experiences, and supporting the day-to-day running of our simulators, lounge, and bar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet customers, assist with bookings, registrations, and general inquiries.
  • Provide clear, friendly guidance on simulator use, safety procedures, and racing events.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our services, events, and promotions to inform guests.
  • Serve drinks at the bar and ensure responsible service at all times.
  • Respond to customer questions, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Support the smooth running of the lounge and simulator areas, keeping them clean and organised.
  • Coordinate with the team to resolve any simulator-related issues quickly.
  • Assist with event preparation and help manage customer flow during busy periods.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Must be 18 or over (serving alcoholic drinks at the bar is part of this role).
  • Previous experience in hospitality and customer service is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuinely customer-focused approach.
  • Positive, friendly, and approachable personality with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to stay calm in busy environments.
  • Interest or knowledge of motorsport or gaming is an advantage (but not required).
