Role Overview

We’re looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our front-of-house team in Farnborough.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—delivering a welcoming experience and providing expert support throughout their vehicle repair journey. Your commitment to outstanding customer service will reassure customers that their vehicles are in capable hands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full customer journey, from initial inquiries to resolving any issues with professionalism and care.
  • Schedule bookings and organise vehicle collections and returns efficiently.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate communication to customers and insurers.
  • Maintain customer records and build lasting client relationships.
  • Keep systems and online portals updated with accurate information.
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone and email inquiries.
  • Support team and individual targets to uphold service excellence.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive service.
  • Assist with moving vehicles on the forecourt when required.

We’re seeking a customer-focused individual, ideally with experience in the automotive repair or aftercare industry.
