Customer Service Advisor

Our fast-growing manufacturing client based in Fairford is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team!

Customer Service Advisor Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Taking inbound and outbound calls
  • Dealing with all customer queries
  • Booking couriers ready for dispatch from the warehouse
  • Data entry
  • Ensuring all spreadsheets are updated regularly
  • Doing regular stock takes and counts
  • Helping within the warehouse at the end of each day to get all orders boxed up

Customer Service Advisor Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience within a Customer Service role
  • Good telephone skills
  • Polite and professional at all times

Customer Service Advisor Working Hours and Benefits:

  • Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
