Jark Stevenage is currently looking to recruit a customer service advisor to join a well-established electrical wholesalers.
An exciting career opportunity has risen for a full-time customer service advisor to join their team and be part of their online operation based in Biggleswades to help assist in the day-to-day running of the customer service department.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:00am till 17:30pm
This position would be at site in Biggleswades.
Responsibilities Will Include:
Inbound and Outbound calls to customers and Internal Stores
Processing Customers' website placed orders
Processing internal store placed orders
Conversing with customers via online chat and email
Tracking orders and liaising with all our courier networks
Assisting customers when using our website, placing orders, etc.
General Office/Customer service duties
Skills Knowledge:
Computer Literate
Previous experience in an office-based customer services environment is preferred
Previous Customer Telephone & Email Experience Would Be Preferred
Strong work ethic and initiative
Enjoy working with people and be able to work as part of a team
Full training will be provided internally on our own in-house computer systems.
