Role Overview

You will be a point of contact for vulnerable energy consumers, helping them understand available funding streams and become energy savvy, thereby reducing their bills and energy usage.

Responsibilities
  • Calling customers with pre-booked appointments to evaluate their eligibility for energy funding streams.
  • Asking fact-finding questions about their current situation, entitlement checks, and benefit tracking.
  • Guiding customers towards suitable funding options based on their eligibility.
  • This role involves no selling, focusing solely on assisting vulnerable individuals in need of support.
Candidate Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport over the phone.
  • Patience and empathy are essential.
  • Experience in advisory roles or working with vulnerable individuals on the telephone is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn about new funding schemes and energy advice.
