Our client is a luxury hot tub distributor that has seen incredible growth over recent years. To ensure excellent customer service whilst continuing to grow, our client is looking for a great Customer Service Advisor.
As an experienced Customer Services Advisor, you'll be the friendly voice our customers rely on for all their service inquiries and the go-to person for arranging hot tub deliveries. You will also be making outbound calls to current customers to upsell maintenance appointments and accessories.
Your ability to diagnose and resolve issues over the phone will help our customers enjoy their hot tubs without unnecessary delays. When a problem can't be fixed over the phone, you'll coordinate engineer visits to ensure a smooth and timely resolution.
