What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails, ensuring a top-tier customer experience.
- Accurately input customer orders using AS400/SAP systems.
- Maintain and update trackers, reports, and customer data files.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Production Planning, Commercial, MMID) to resolve service issues.
- Follow structured processes and standard operating procedures to drive continuous improvement.What We’re Looking For
