What Youll Do

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails, ensuring a top-tier customer experience.

Accurately input customer orders using AS400/SAP systems.

Maintain and update trackers, reports, and customer data files.

Collaborate with internal teams (Production Planning, Commercial, MMID) to resolve service issues.

Follow structured processes and standard operating procedures to drive continuous improvement.

Strong customer service skills with a professional communication style.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Confident in handling challenging conversations and resolving issues.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
