Customer Service Advisor. Hybrid: Work from home and our office
37.5 hours per week: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

We're looking for a customer-focused, digitally confident Customer Services Advisor to deliver excellent service to EV drivers across phone, social, and digital channels. You’ll be the voice of our brand—resolving queries, responding to reviews, and building strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
This is a hybrid role combining traditional customer service (including inbound phone support) with modern brand engagement—across reviews, referrals, and social platforms.
