Job description

To portray and maintain a professional, attentive, helpful service to the client database.

To deliver a positive experience on all contacts made.

To represent the Company in a polite, efficient manner at all times.

Responsible for the account management of their allocated customer portfolio.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Dealing with enquiries from Clients and customers:
  2. Enquiries from customers on prices and stock availability
  3. Temperature Deviations - communication to customers requesting disposition.
  4. Obtain PODS across all channels if client struggles
  5. Providing the relevant C of A documents to customers
  6. SOR enquiries
  7. Enquiries from customers on product PIP and/or EAN for electronic ordering
  8. Stock control interaction with clients request for inventory discrepancies
  9. Accommodate enquiries from other areas of the business, Finance, wholesale, hospital division.
  10. Ensuring all training and updates to training completed
  11. Interaction with Q90/RH ops
  12. Failed deliveries - communications to customer
  13. Polar speed interactions
  14. EORI Supplementary declarations - TSS
  15. Handling all incoming and outgoing phone calls
  16. Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines in place.
  17. To be flexible in working hours to ensure the needs of the Company are met.

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as directed by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the company.
